Rotational Sensor With Integral Molded Mount

A new insert molded sensor/switch combines a Hall effect device, an MR, or a GRM Device with sealed-in-place lead wires and easy screw mounting features-all in one thermoplastic assembly.

Phoenix America’s pulse-sensing, new device was conceived as an economical and easy-mounted, switching solution for such applications as tachometer/encoder feedback for speed control regulation.  The integral molded mounting bracket allows accurate position mounting near rotors. Companion target magnets are available from a large selection of plastic-bonded magnetic materials.  The target magnets are available with up to 120poles and a broad selection of mounting styles.
