A complete lineup of flanged immersion heaters, for tanks or pressure vessels, is being introduced by Glo-Quartz® Incorporated. The heaters are intended for liquid or gas heating applications in containers, tanks or pressure vessels. Standard model flanges in sizes from 2" to 14" are rated for 150# pressure class. Optional rating models are available to meet ASME Section I, IV and VIII design standards for 300#, 400#, 600# and 900# classes. Flanges are available in standard carbon steel, 304/316 SS, Titanium and CPVC. Heating elements are available in Copper, 304SS, 316SS, Incoloy®, Inconel®, Nickel, Monel®, and Titanium.

Glo-Quartz® standard flanged immersion heaters are available in immersion lengths from 13½ " to 86¾" and 1.125 kW to 400 kW commensurate with ANSI flange sizes (diameter) - 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 8", 10", 12" and 14". Standard operating voltages are 240 and 480 VAC with optional voltages available. The heaters are furnished with a choice of moisture and/or explosion resistant terminal enclosures. Controls may be furnished ranging from simple on/off thermostats, incorporated into the terminal enclosure or mounted at a remote location, to complex digital process control systems.
