Client furnishes one master photo source: (a 35mm color negative is best, large size, high quality print or a color  transparency)
Add $300.00 to press release fee if AIMARKET is to take product photo at our office.
AIMARKET furnishes everything else: (writing, selection of editors, photo repro’s, stationary, envelopes, postage, labor)

New literature avail./news release-Canadian or USA manufacturer-fee per event is-100 editor circulation- $900.00  US

Writing only of sales and technical literature - average fee per side of 8.5"x 11"sheet ---- $400.00

Speech or specialized sales presentation - research and writing , research per hour-$120.00, writing per hour-$180.00

Case studies -average fee includes 1st placement
 (please note: we do not guarantee placement as this is an editorial decision and not the decision of the writer or communications agency. We do have an impressive record of placements. )  $1,500.- $3,000.

Feature stories -average fee includes 1st placement (please note: we do not guarantee placement)   $1,500.- $3,000.
Subsequent placement activity and editorial contacts for case studies and features is on hourly basis.  Typically it might take 2-6 hours at $80.00 per hour plus long distance telephone charges, postage and photographic reproductions.  Photo expense (original shoot and reproductions are extra and/or furnished by client).

Computer slide show / special bundle combined with availability news release to 100editor circulation-$2400.

35mm slide shows written and produced – pricing on request

Video presentations-complete package-writing, production, professional narration, music, editing and 500 dupes with
  labels.                                            8 minute play time  ------------- $16,000.(plus crew travel and living expenses)

Video - script writing only -- approx. $2,500. for 6 - 10 minute
 

Integrated package #1-- Promote (1) product to approximately (100) trade magazine editors, plus create a special worldwide webpage (your own url), of one year duration, for your product press announcement. That website will be promoted/listed to approximately 1200 search engines, directories, linking sites, etc. Promotion will include listing with such major search engines as Alta Vista, Excite, Infoseek and Lycos.
Total fee- $1,500.00 payable in advance (includes all writing, creative work, 1st year web). 2nd year web fee = $100.00

Integrated package #2 – Identical promotion as package #1, except includes trade press promotion to (300) editors. This is a good package for a product that falls into a very popular category, widespread use, perhaps semi-consumer type item.
Total fee - $1,800.00

TERMS
All fees are net and not subject to discount.  New product and new literature news releases should include your check with necessary materials.(photo’s and writing source materials0
Most other services are payable in 1/3 increments:
    1/3 of estimated fee with purchase order
    1/3 on rough draft approval
    1/3 on final copy draft approval
Special arrangements may be required for large collateral merchandise or hardware type items (literature,diskettes,videos, trade show displays, advertising media buys)
